Processing Time
All orders are typically processed within 5 business days for in-stock items. However, some products may take up to 10 working days to ship because they are waiting to be transported to our warehouse or because handmade products need to be arranged for production. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you within 24 hours of your order. If the delivery is delayed due to our reasons, we will arrange for express delivery to compensate for the delayed delivery time.
Shipping Methods
We provide worldwide free shipping on all orders. We will choose the most appropriate transportation method based on your address, product information, order amount, and other relevant factors to ensure timely and safe delivery.
